Meet Lindsay Ganyeka
Lindsay Ganyeka is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Compliance Buddies Safety, bringing over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing practical management systems that help organisations improve safety, quality, environmental performance and overall business performance.
She holds a Master of Occupational Health and Safety, a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. Lindsay is also a Certified Exemplar Global Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt, providing clients with the technical expertise and practical knowledge required to develop effective, compliant and sustainable management systems.
Throughout her career across construction, engineering and manufacturing, Lindsay has worked with organisations to strengthen workplace health and safety, streamline business processes and achieve ISO certification. She understands that successful management systems are not built around paperwork—they are built around people, leadership and practical processes that support day-to-day operations.
This philosophy led to the establishment of Compliance Buddies Safety, with a clear mission to help businesses simplify compliance and implement management systems that deliver lasting value beyond certification. Every solution is tailored to the client’s operations, ensuring systems are practical, easy to use and capable of supporting continual improvement.
