Lindsay Ganyeka brings over 15 years of experience in management systems, holding a Master of Occupational Health and Safety, a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. She is a Certified Exemplar Global Lead Auditor, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and an NLP & ICF Certified Coach.

Lindsay founded Compliance Buddies Safety to partner with businesses in achieving and maintaining work health and safety and ISO compliance through practical, tailored solutions that work in real-world operations.

With a career spanning engineering, construction, and manufacturing, she recognised that effective systems rely not only on compliance, but on strong leadership, clarity, and accountability. This insight shapes her approach, combining management systems consulting with leadership and clarity coaching to support organisations in building capability, strengthening safety culture, and improving performance.
