About Lindsay Ganyeka

Lindsay Ganyeka brings over 15 years of experience in management systems, holding a Master of Occupational Health and Safety, a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. She is a Certified Exemplar Global Lead Auditor and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Lindsay founded Compliance Buddies Safety to partner with businesses in achieving and maintaining work health and safety compliance. With a successful career spanning engineering, construction, and manufacturing, she recognized the need for a consultancy that delivers practical, tailored solutions to support Australian businesses.
